The financial function includes the following responsibilities:-

· Forex knowledge, Management of cash movement, cash books (multi-currency), petty cash ect.
· Accounts payable
· Accounts receivable
· General Ledger input and monthly reconciliations
· Company monthly statutory returns
· Monthly Management reporting and ad hoc reports at Executive Level
· Budgetary process
· Inter-Company reconciliations and settlement
· Year-end audit and preparation of A.F.S.’s
· Stock management – Mocambique
· Manage Audit Function and analysis company risk areas
· Manage duties paid and relationship with Mozambique Customs
· Ad Hoc management projects
